I would like to thank Silvia and TJ for hosting my stay on their beautiful home. My stay was from 7/28/17-8/1/17. This house had everything you needed and then some. My favorite was the chalk and magnetic wall. The back yard is beautifully decorated and so is the interior. The front yard was a beautiful huge tree that provided lots of shade. I just loved the house!!! Thanks again!

Best vacation experience because our rental provided every amenity we needed!!!

Our hosts, Silvia and her husband, were amazing throughout this process. They responded promptly to emails, calls and answered questions with respect and professionalism.

When we arrived, they were kind and welcoming. The photos on the site don't truly prepare you for how you'll feel when you walk into Cottage 2. It's stylish, comfortable and the common areas are designed for socializing/entertaining. The outdoor space is gorgeous!! We spent hours enjoying the space and I appreciated the time and care dedicated to making it relaxing, peaceful and fun. The bedroom were beautifully decorated and that mattress in the back bedroom--is the best sleep I've ever had away from home. After day at beach, those waterfall showerhead were heaven.

Silvia gave us access to beach chairs, laundry room, linens, everything---she thought about bottle openers and wine stoppers. The only thing we had to purchase was food because she supplied everything. She thought of everything!!!.

It centrally located and surrounded by beaches, shopping and restaurants. With heavy traffic, it took us 25-30 minutes to get to South Beach, Miami from the Cottage.

This is the only place I ever want to stay when I'm in the area.

Very Comfortable Stay

Property: Flamingo House

Flamingo house was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. It was very close to highway, shopping and airport. Silvia is very nice to deal with and super organized. If we had any questions, she responded immediately and she even offers you coming by the house if you have any questions. All the photos are current and Flamingo house looks exactly the same on the website. We are a family of 3 and we had more than enough room for all of us. We didn't cook but Silvia had some snacks and bottled water in the fridge for her guests. If you want to cook meals, Silvia had everything you need such as some species, condiments, some cereals for guests to enjoy. She also has information about the area, some day trip ideas on her book shelf. It was a bonus to have a washer and a dryer in the house. We would highly recommend all our friends and family to stay. Thank you, Silvia for letting us stay at your lovely home!

Very Comfortable Stay

We stayed in one of the cottages a few days before heading out on a cruise. The place was clean, really cute, and centrally located. TJ and Silvia were super quick to respond to questions we had and provided clear directions on how to access their cottage. I would definitely recommend staying here :0)

PERFECT!

Property: Flamingo House

House is just like the pictures! Beautiful! We absolutely loved this home and truly enjoyed it. Home is close to all major highways, tons of stores close by and about a 15 minute drive to the beach, so location is great! You can tell Silvia and her husband put a lot of love into this home, the décor is very welcoming and anything you could think of is there; from towels, extra comfy pillows, to a blow up mattress for a guest to detergent and paper towels. We truly enjoyed our stay and if we ever need a rental in the South Florida area this is the home we will be staying in. Don't forget to leave your mark on the chalk wall & guest book! :)
